There’s something undeniably magical about a November wedding in Chicago—where the city’s timeless charm meets the crisp embrace of autumn. November in Chicago brings golden leaves tumbling along Lake Michigan’s edge and the allure of historic landmarks wrapped in seasonal splendor. Chip and Jorie began their wedding day at Old St. Patrick’s Church, a Chicago classic, surrounded by family and love.

The celebration then moved to The Old Post Office where guests were greeted by romantic harp music. A stunning venue that blends historic grandeur with modern elegance, making it a perfect setting for an enchanted garden wedding celebration. Transforming the space into an enchanted garden began with lush floral arrangements and a mauve forward color palette. Mauve—a sophisticated blend of dusty rose and lavender—adds warmth and romance to a fall wedding design. Tall cherry blossom centerpieces added a whimsical touch, while delicate roses and lisianthus softened the look. Twinkle lights behind the head table, up lighting and candlelight all around added warmth to the marble floors and grand architecture, creating an ethereal glow throughout the space.

A live performance from the Jerry Ross Band kept the energy high and the dance floor full all night long. The band has been a family favorite for years and they brought an undeniable magic to their celebration. No Chicago wedding is complete without a culinary nod to the city’s vibrant flavors. A late night snack of Aurelio’s Pizza was the perfect way to end an enchanted, Chicago evening.
